Susmaterials ("we", "us", or "our"), a business established in 2002, operates the website susmaterials.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors and business contacts, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

We are a business-to-business (B2B) supplier of leather alternatives and textiles for fashion, footwear and accessories brands. The Site is intended for procurement professionals, brands, and other business users. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

3.1 formsubmit.co (form relay)

Our inquiry form is submitted through formsubmit.co, a third-party form-relay service. When you submit the form, the information you entered (such as your name, email, and inquiry content) passes through formsubmit.co's systems in order to be delivered to us by email. formsubmit.co processes this data as part of delivering the message. 3.2 Cloudflare (CDN, security, and performance)

The Site is served through Cloudflare, a content delivery network (CDN) and security provider. Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as IP address and request metadata) to deliver the Site quickly, protect against attacks, and provide basic aggregate performance insights ("Web Analytics" / insights beacon). This is functional infrastructure, not advertising tracking.

3.3 Hosting and email

Our website hosting provider, and Cloudflare Email Routing together with our email provider, process data on our behalf in order to host the Site and deliver the inquiry emails we receive.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share it with the service providers listed above to the extent necessary to operate the Site and respond to you, or where required by law.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses a small number of functional cookies and similar technologies:

• Cloudflare may set cookies necessary for security and performance (for example, to distinguish legitimate visitors from malicious traffic).
• Rank Math (our SEO plugin) and the underlying WordPress platform may set functional cookies required for the Site to operate correctly.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or behavioral profiling cookies on this Site. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; note that blocking functional cookies may affect how the Site works.

5. Data Retention

We keep inquiry and business correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, to manage any resulting or ongoing business relationship, and to meet our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.
